My laptop is macbook air, but my phone is an android one.
I use google services - Calendar, mail & contacts.
Is it possible to set a complete two-way sync, exchange like, that will automatically update my contacts/mail/calendar all the time?

At the moment gmail is IMAP, contacts only imported, but doesnt continue to sync (if i delete someone it wont be updated).

I don't use Gmail's contact manager, but have you tried going to the Address Book app>Preferences>Accounts and click on synchronize with Gmail? Same with iCal, but when you go to Preferences>Accounts, press on the plus sign and change the Account Type to Google?.

I use iCloud, but I hope this helps.
