complete migration from old to new hdd

Hello.

I have a SR MB with 80GB hdd in it. I ordered a new 200GB hdd (sata, 2.5") together with an external enclosure for 2.5" hdd. I'm going to switch the hdd and use the old one (80GB) as an external time machine disk. What would be the easiest way to transfer complete data (& settings) from the old hdd to the new one? Can Leopard migrate all the data from an external leopard-installed hdd? Thanks in advance.
