Complete my album for TV

This has been bugging me for a long time: Why is there no equivalent "Complete My Album" style system for TV shows? I really can't see the benefit to either party.

I rarely buy complete TV seasons because they're so expensive. I think single episodes are reasonably priced, but I won't buy them because I'd still have to pay ridiculous prices for the whole season if I decide I like it.

Is there any possibility of them finally implementing it one day? Or are the studios really against it?

I wonder the same thing. I've actually recently bought two episodes of two different shows, then decided to buy the seasons. I was able to email iTunes support and get the money back for individual episodes so I could buy the season. But it definitely is something they should get on.
