completely pointless time wasting but..

I get sick of myself, I realize I'm way too addicted. I'm getting mine and my girl who i'm swtching from T-mobile on July 2nd(first day 3g owner who gets an upgrade less then a year yay). It is just a dam phone but I am on it all the time. There is nothing new most of the time, but my ass still looks everywhere for more info about the phone, and personally I am not a fan of macs at all (sorry).
I'm not talking about it so much but I managed to convert my entourage. This all happened in the last 8 moths:
- I bought my 1st Apple product: iPod nano
- I bought a UMBP
- my gf liked it so I payed here the half of a UMB
- I visited my mom two weeks ago, I showed her my MBP. She needed a new computer so we headed directly to an Apple store an bought an iMac for her
.. now I'm hesitating to buy the 3GS
- I bought my 1st Apple product: iPod nano

I'm another Apple fangirl!
I'm totally addicted to Apple and I don't even own a Mac yet. I had a first-gen pink iPod Mini and now I have an iPod Touch, but that's all I've ever owned, sadly. I wanted to get an iMac right before they started making the Intel's, but when I went to order one, they weren't making them! The site said something like, "Sorry, it's taking longer than we expected" and said it was going to be a few months more before I could get one.
Unfortunately, I couldn't wait, as I was getting a computer as a birthday present (in July). So, no iMac for me. I ended up with a Sony Vaio desktop, which I really liked - when it wasn't in the shop getting its motherboard replaced THREE. SEPARATE. TIMES.
It is now entirely deceased. My friend's PPC iMac that she bought a few months before I got my Sony? Still kickin'. Grr!
Anyway, a few years have passed and now my gracious family have decided to buy me another computer for my birthday, so this time it'll be the 24" iMac with 2.93Ghz processor, 4GB of ram (from Apple, anyway - I'll get extra online) and the ATI 4850 video card. *drool*
My boyfriend is so sick of hearing me talk about Apple. I'm a night-owl so it's 3AM here, and I'll probably spend all night googling Apple and re-reading the official site in preparation for getting my very own Mac.
Last week I was at Disneyland while the WWDC was going on. As I was putting on my make-up to get ready to go into the park, I had my iPod Touch on this site's auto-refresh WWDC coverage page. I went full-on nerd, I think. I'm a big Disney geek, too, so it's really saying something that I was poking around in the hotel room waiting for something to happen rather than going into the park.
Oh, also, I'm new here. Hi. *waves* I've been lurking for a while.

In fact no you are not. I keep driving my daughter nuts about the iPhone. I keep telling her she should take my 3G and I'll get the 3GS. She then says 'I don't want a stupid iPhone!'
For some strange reason she wants to stay with Verizon and get the latest EnV. Kids!
