Are their any programs or methods of completely removing all traces of a program installed on osx? I've run a search for the program I wanted to remove (pocketmac pro) and deleted everything that came up, then I went into the library > applications (I think it was) and removed one file that was in there and emptied the trash can. But this new piece of software i'm trying to install called "Missing Sync" is still picking up on something left behind from pocketmap pro and coming up with this error message when I try to install Missing Sync:

They are both programs that link up a smartphone to your mac throguh the data cable but I didn't like that pocketmac pro one which Missing Sync is picking up on from somewhere.

How can I get rid of everything pocketmac pro related?

There's a Receipts folder in the Library. Check this for any rogue files that might be related to PocketMac Pro as installers often check here. :)

Did this solution work?

I may soon have to do the same thing since I'm having absolutely no luck gettin g PocketMac to sync my MacBook with my Orange M2000.
