Compost - Nagging permission

Does anyone know how to get rid of the nagging permission thing in Compost or for any program? This is a pain for the new users of Tiger

I solved the permissions thing by finding a 1.0 version of Compost. Works great now without the nagging permissions request.

I would like to know how to avoid the permissions thing in the future... if I discover the script to stop it I'll post.
