Compressor 4.3 keeps crashing when trying to encode Panasonic GH4 footage

I just bought a GH4 and I'm trying to encode the H.264 footage into ProRes but it keeps crashing. Anyone know of a fix? Otherwise how can I contact Apple to fix this in their next version? I don't want to have to use other software to do a simple task, I like compressor, I've been using it for years, in particularly the droplet feature.

For some reason this update wasn't showing up in my Mac App Store under Updates.
