Compressor Problems: Unable to connect to background process

This is the first time I've really ever done this, but I'm trying to export a FCP timeline into DVD Studio. I am exporting via compressor, all the settings look right, but when I hit "submit" I get the error "Unable to connect to Background Process"

I went to "Reset Background Processing, same deal.

Any Ideas?

If it matters, I'm on a 2.16 MBP, 2 gigs, 10.4.8

I found my own answer, Looks like I get to reinstall 🙄
