compromised password on macOS? like iPhone

I was checking if my password was compromised since I found this useful tool on iPhone system password manager,
but fix my password from iPhone is really slow and uncofortable

Is not available the same tool from macOS?

That feature is available in Safari, in the passwords section of Safari's preferences.
