Computer Backup not backing up

On iTunes it shows my last backup for my iPhone and iPad were at around 6 PM yesterday, although since updating to iOS 5 and having "Backup with this computer" selected and having synced many times after - it still shows my last backup as yesterday at 6.

Am I missing a setting?

Why isn't it backing up on iTunes when I have it selected? iCloud backups are off.

Bump, because this makes no sense.

If I sync my iPad right now, it still says my last back up was yesterday. THE HELL?

EDIT: Found it. You actually have to eject your device from iTunes and then sync again in order for it to back-up. Otherwise, it doesn't back-up anymore every time you sync.
