I'm going to take it to the Apple Store next week. I really appreciate your help.. I'm about a second away from throwing this stupid computer at the wall..... It literally lasted <4 years wtf

It may be a simple fix. Did you try connecting the SSD via a SATA to USB adapter?

I don't have a sata cable unfortunately. And I am not tech savy so it's killing me to not be able to figure it out.

I just ordered one.. What should I do once I recieve it? Try to boot it via the USB sata cable

You would connect the SSD to the SATA cable and choose it from the Boot Device Selector.

More than likely your bracket is failing... rarely will it ever be the SSD. even Apple admits anyone who have a Mac for more than 2yrs will experience the SSD bracket issue long before anything thing else fails. It's a less than $60 fix without Apple Care
