Computer Reboot!Need Help

    Hi guys
    I need help cuz my computer reboots while i play online game
    It shows a blue screen for a second and it reboot,it is impossible to read
    I go to My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Startup adn Recovery/and uncheck automatically restart

    And when i saw the blue screen say like this:

    Sorry if i coulnd insert an image but i can Preent Screen when it shows blue scrren,my only choise is to restart my computer.
