I recently restored my parents dell tower pc due to the viruses, spyware etc that even when removed the computer still ran like junk. Anyway now it runs great except one small problem, anytime I try to import music into itunes it restarts the computer. I did have luck playing an AAC file and therefore importing it into itunes, but group imports of whole albums from the HDD or a whole CD of backups hello Dell splash startup screen. Any ideas?
