Hello Everyone,

I dont know what it is, but for some reason my computer will not go to sleep. I have nothing plugged in that could possibly be preventing it from going to sleep. I have had this issue from when i first got the computer, but with some other weird things occurring i replaced my logic board thru apple, and now its happening again. When i go to click sleep, the screen turns off and the fans start going crazy and then the computer just turn right back on..

I have a trackpad and bluetooth mouse connected, but don't see that being the issue.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance!

After upgrading to 10.8.5, I experienced this as well. It turns out that turning off screen sharing allowed the computer to sleep again...
