Apple would never show off a SIM card slot in an ad. The whole video was credible until that part.
You’re ripping on this brilliant concept video because it wouldn’t pass as an advertisement on some weird alternate reality planet where hyper-critical know-it-all’s buy imaginary, un-released products 6 months before they’re rumored to be out on earth?

Some people.

I was simply offering my impressions on the video. I didn't mean to anger you. I think it's a cool video, he obviously put a lot of work into it.

I wouldn't call it brilliant though, it's merely an animated replica of an existing phone with a few minor changes. It isn't very creative nor does it have a useful purpose.

Apple be sure 2 make the gold very very shining and me and all my friends we will buy it doesn’t matter the price

In the video, the SIM tray has room for a memory card on its side. That won’t be happening. Might want to redo that design to make it more believable. Other than that, it looks super wide, which could be cool potentially. Not a bad concept vid.

Everybody who is slamming the camera bump needs to realize it’s going to be there unless they made the phone that much thicker. And that’s not going to happen. They can’t really remove the bump and be that thin because physics is still a thing.

Damn these Asians really aren’t that creative....they just ripoff western concepts and companies and are just making a living off it....I pity that their brains are shutoff to think originally

Clever. How often would you say you put that 5D in your pocket, or set it down on its lens?
Clever. How often would you say this has ever bothered a single human in the real world?

Don't bother. Answer is never. Blocked.

So help me god if they release a Plus version that has some superior feature that they supposedly couldn't fit into the regular sized version.
Yeah I won't be happy with this either. Feature parity, larger model, $100 more. That is fair to everyone.

Blocked? Sweet.

And it’s no bother to answer your question: “sometimes.”

Either you’re comfortable using your camera lens as part of a tri-legged support point for your phone, or you’re comfortable being locked into buying a case to slap onto an otherwise very-well-designed bauble. I don’t judge either way, but there’s more than “one single human” that would rather see other options.

People seriously need to get over the camera bump. It's not going away.

To be fair, apparently I have the same problem with my Canon 5D. The lenses protrude from the body SO BADLY. And I never noticed till now...

I have that kit too :)
However I've never tried to put a dSLR camera in my pocket LOL. I don't know why you'd want to... what an odd example to use though. As myself... an owner of various Apple phones that have camera bumps.... I'm wondering why they don't just make the phone the same thickness as the lens bump and use that space for better cooling/more battery/thicker internal materials to make it sturdier. All possible!

A dual SIM iPhone is my dream, as long as it's active dual SIM and I can switch between them both without needing to reboot the phone. I have no idea how an e-SIM would work, would it be like having 2 SIM slots (active) so you could use SIMs from different countries? The requirement is to be able to have the local SIM as default but still be able to receive calls/texts (and make calls/send texts when necessary) from the other SIM - I would so love to just carry one phone around with me. I don't know if e-SIM or Apple SIM options would work this way - I would be very happy to hear that they would be able to do so though.

Maybe you could whip something like that video up in no time. I’m a film director and I’d want no part in doing the work to make something like that. I think anyone who has the skills and takes the time to make these concept videos for us to all enjoy deserves credit and appreciation. Videos like that make rumors speculation way more fun.

As I said in the post you quoted: "I think it's a cool video, he obviously put a lot of work into it." There you go, credit and appreciation.
