Concept iphone 5, curved screen
sorry my English is rudimentary
That looks exactly like an iPhone 4, except with a curved screen.
Nice work! If I may say, though, I don't think there's any real demand for a curved screen. It also makes it hard to pack components internally.
Looks like it has a thick silver bumper on it and the screen seems smaller.
J have tried to be innovative without too distorted original idea
I think it looks awesome
What about the Nexus S? It has a curved screen.
Making the iPhone's display 3D would make me switch to Android.
And smaller screen? I'm skipping the 5 anyway, but I'd be happy to see it mirror the 4's design.
3D? No thanks.
Leave that gimmick to Nintendo.
There's about 682 things higher up on my iphone wish list than a curved screen!
Don't like the idea of a curved screen. Be annoying to press the bit you want!
Neither do I.
3D is a passing fad. A stupid passing fad, that will be the butt of many jokes in ten years time. And the source of much embarrassment for the early adopters.
You say that now, but just watch. If Apple does it you'll all be clamoring about how "innovative" they are.
I agree, although 3d looks a bit tacky and childish on other devices. I think there is enough room to use this feature in a more spectaculair and professional manor and one of the few who can achieve and deliver this...is simply Apple.
I think the title might be implying a 3d rendering not a 3d screen.
Pops for the nice render, at least you can use the software. Shame the actual phone design itself is lacking. Seriously, how can people think they are doing good work simply by copying what Apple have already done?!
Nice render work ...
But I also don't see the need for a curved screen, it would look like an ashtray. Hope that don't happen.
nice work! I'm not criticizing the rendering just the probability of the design. If you have seen the reviews for the xperia arc they all say that with the curve design its terrible to hold.
thank you for your comments, I'll be back soon with a new model
Why would you want a curved screen? Looks bad.
I don't think it looks bad necessarily, it just looks very fake, which it is. Only one of the photos is showing a curve, and it is so slight you can barely tell. I can't imagine what such a slight curve would add to the design appeal. If you can barely tell it is curving, then there is no point to having it.
Not too keen on the curved screen but nice attempt.
Think people are a bit harsh marking down your post.
This isn't school, give the guy a break.
Looks just like the curved glass on my Nexus S. I love the phone, don't care for the curved glass. Why Apple wants to copy that is beyond me.
I prefer the flat glass on the my tiny iPhone 4.
