Concern about Passbook.

I notice when I see passbook that most things on there seem to be American based? I live in the UK and was wondering if there were some equivalents to get?

Developers need to make the passes. I'm sure UK developers will do so when it is released.

There is only one app in the App Store supporting passbook today, and that's the Starbucks App. More will come soon.
