Configure Power Nap

Is there a program that can let me choose what programs stay open while asleep on power? Have the computer be asleep (for the most part) but have certain programs still run like bittorrent.

It is impossible to keep running a torrent client while in PowerNap I guess. The network and drive would have to be running non stop. That's not taking a nap, is it? 😉

EDIT:

You could keep running uTorrent with the lid closed using Nosleep but the MBP would be awake so it would be like being using it (with only the screen off).
