iOS Configure the APP ID : Problem

I have followed all the steps to create a distribution profile.I have created the APP ID and the mobile provisioning certificate also. I have submitted the application on the appstore.

After doing a cross check i found out that i have not configured the APP ID and i have not selected the "enable on app purchase " checkbox.

But ma build was ok it showed all the things correctly when it was build.

Is ma binary file ok ??
What if i configure the APP ID later will it affect my application??

I dont want my this application to get rejected ..
Please help me ....
