Do you mean the picture of yourself?
If so, look in your address book for your own contact. There will be a picture associated with it. Change the picture there.

But:
From what I understand this only shows on your computer and emails printed from your computer. I might be wrong here, but it is also your account picture (refer to top right hand corner) and if you change it there it changes everywhere that little pic comes up including when you look at those older emails. Recipients are not benefiting with the beauty of your lovely smile as far as I know.
