I think you need to reask and rephrase the question. It's not clear what behavior you want.

Windows on Apple hardware, by default, uses CSM-BIOS mode boot. Not EFI. The Windows boot loader cannot boot Mac OS. It could only dual+ boot other BIOS dependent operating systems.

This is why Apple provides utilities (the Bootcamp utilities) for Windows, including a Startup Disk manager so you can dual boot Mac OS and Windows.

If you're asking about dual booting two different flavors or installations of Windows using the Windows boot loader, I think you're better off asking that on a Windows specific forum. It's unlikely most Mac users will be familiar with the capabilities of the Windows boot loader.
