Confirm this Lens hood fits please?

Could someone please confirm for me that this lens hood will fit the lens in the photo provided, Thankyou!

Yes, it will fit because both the filter threads are 58mm. Although, the lens hood looks a bit deep to me, it might cause vignetting. There are a few off brand replicas of the official lens hood for the 18-55mm that you could get. This one is roughly the same price and the same dimensions as the Canon lens hood.
