Confirmed: iPhone *does* pair with BMW bluetooth

07 335i here. Works exactly the same as my old slvr l7. I'm supposed to get my 535 soon. Anyone know if the usb/iphone 'dock' is standard in the new 535i's?

Also anyone ever hook anything up to the aux port in the center console. Does it sound bad on all of them or just mine? Like cd would be 10, fm would be a 6, then my aux port would be a 3. Makes music sound like a 58 bitrate or something.

iPhone Pairing Gone After Car Wash

Bad news after the car wash today--my iPhone, which was Bluetoothed with my car and working great on the way to the car wash, is no longer paired with my BMW. When I try to pair it up, I get to the point of entering the code numbers. Then I get immediately a message that says "Pairing took too long". It refuses to allow me to enter any code numbers on my phone!

In trying to trouble shoot since the problem began, I now have downloaded the latest iPhone software update. However the problem still remains. Any suggestions?
