So, my old A1260's unrevised GPU isn't doing well and I'm looking to repair it the proper way, by doing a replacement with G84-603-A2.

Do I just grab any functional 603 or is there more to it? The thing I don't understand is that Aliexpress has different listings, some say 64bit, some say 128bit or even VRAM amount, and it's not clear which exact chips do these terms apply to since there are usually multiple different chips in a given listing.

VRAM shouldn't matter since it's on the board, but what about bus width? Do 64bit variants of this chip exist? Definitely wouldn't want to use one, and I doubt it would even work since A1260 shipped with a 128bit 602.
