Hello, I have a newish MBP Memron with a somewhat fresh install of Leopard.

I have gotten several Kernel Panics in a short time (under a month).

Anyway, I don't know whats causing it but I'm going to post the report of the last one:

I hope someone can make some sense out of it. I have installed smCFan control, Logmein, Labtick, Parallels, Speed Downloader 5, Folder Teint, LastFM. I could do n archive reinstall but I would lke to know whats causing them problem beforehand... any help appreciated!

I'm going to take a guess and say it's Parallels 3.0.

Have you tried reinstalling it? When does it happen?
 
I was hoping someone else would reply first but it looks like you're waiting for an answer.

kernel_task had some bad mojo trying to use the Parallels kernel extension and it panicked.

I suggest trying to reinstall Parallels 3.0 using the latest version available. You can get it from here. Get back to me if that doesn't work.
