Connect 360 Help

I just bought connect 360 and i cant stream any videos to the xbox, i can see the videos, which i converted to .h264 from .avi with isquint, but when i click them i get an error message, any ideas on how to fix this?

Make sure your Xbox is all updated and your connection is good. Other than that i dont know...
