Connect iPhone Mail w/ Comcast.net Account: Possible?

I'm trying to use my iPhone to check my Comcast.net e-mail, but after searching the forums and simply trying to just enter the info into the iPhone, I haven't gotten anywhere.

Possible? How-to guide? Thanks!😕
