I have a Sharp Aquos 1080p 32" tv. I want to connect my new late 98 MBP to it. I already have a mini DVI to VGA adapter from my old iBook so I bought a VGA extension to connect with VGA. The input on my TV is female and so is the other end of my VGA extension. I have a male to female adapter (female on both sides) but I can't find the opposite anywhere online.

I need a VGA female to VGA male adapter. Do they exist? Where could I find one?

Thankyou

you just got the wrong VGA cable, they make Male/Female and Male/Male,
you need to get the Male/Male cable. hopefully you can still return the other cable.

i just got one at radio shack about a month ago, but you should be able to find anywhere.
