Connect to External Drives

I have recently purchased a NAS because i was running out of space of my HDD. It works really well and i now have 2.0TB to fill.

At the moment when my computer turns on it automatically connects to my NAS and my drives are automatically there. But if i take my MBP to uni, it will loose connection with my drives which is fine. But when i come back home from uni, my drives won't automatically be added.

Is there anything i can do so that when i connect to my home network i also get connected to my drives, instead of having to go Finder>Connect to Server> etc > etc
