Connect360 waking up my MBP

Every night for the past few days my MBP has been waking up while connected to my external monitor around 5am.
This morning I opened the console to what is up and it turns out the culprit is Connect360.
The console says this 16/06/2010 05:07:44 Connect360Helper[210] SSDPServer: Could not write to broadcast socket!

How can I stop this? I don't even know what this means?
