Resolved Connected MBP to TV, green strip down the side..

I've connected my 2011 MacBook Pro to my TV with a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adaptor, and there is a green line down the left side of the display, as you see in the photo below.

Has anyone experienced this and knows what to do?
