Connecting a Apple 24" LED Display to a cMP

so basically this is my dilemma. I got a great deal on a 24in LED Apple Cinema Display but I am unsure if it will connect on my 4.1 - 5.1 cMP dual hexacore with a Flashed PC card 7970, exactly similar to this one in the link:

I want to know if it will connect directly or do I need an adapter.

If you have the Display with the miniDisplayPort, it should plug right in 🙂

Yes, the Apple LED 24 has only only the MiniDisplayConnector and I taught since the PC card has 2 mini display sockets, it should fit right on.....but I don't want to take any chances....

It will work just fine.

It will works. Unless both of the mDP port is killed by improper flash. But in this case, you can still boot with the non-Mac EFI ROM, then it sure will work (but no boot screen).
