Connecting action cam by wifi doesn't work since iOS 10

Since iOS 10 I can't connect my action cam (sjcam) to my iPhone. Is anyone else having this problem?
I get the connection to work in wifi settings but in the apps it doesn't recognize the cam.

2- trying to see if there's any solution (maybe setting a static IP address), only looking for someone in my situation
