Connecting an external display to an iMac Pro?

I want to get an external display/monitor for video editing and color grading video. Can a second display be connected to an iMac Pro?

You can hook up just about anything to an iMac Pro.

Careful of which adapter you use. I had a cheap one to use with my 4K screen but I had more trouble with it than it had it working. After a few months of I got fed up and purchased another one. I haven’t used it much yet (only had it a couple of days), but already it’s lerformi much better. Just have to use it a bit more to see if it’s a coincidence or if it’s actually better.
