How do I connect the 3.5mm jack into the monitor if it only has USB type C ports? I’m aware the other solution is to plug into my MacBook directly but I rather much prep fee to leave it connected to the monitor.

Apple sells a USB type C to 3.5mm jack adapter and will it work if I use that?

Thanks in advanced.

The monitor doesn't have an audio output as such, but its USB-C ports function like those on directly on your MacBook. The adapter is compatible with Macs, so yes, it should work.
