Connecting Mac Cinema Display to PC

Is it possible for my husband to plug his PC (HP Elite Book) into the Mac Cinema Display we have? I have looked for converters for the thunderbolt cable, but haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, can you tell me what I would need to purchase to make this work?
