'Connecting...' message over a network. (10.5.1)

I've had this problem twice now.

Running Leopard 10.5.1, MacBook 2.0Ghz. Using Wireless and can connect to Websites.

I have a file server which runs 24/7. Its running Windows 2003 Server and all of my PC's can connect to it.
My Mac about 95% of the time connects perfectly and I can view and stream Videos and such from it. Last night I tried to get a file from the server and the Finder just shows 'Connecting...'

The Eject button does not work nor does the 'Connect As...'

I used the Server about an hour ago and was perfect. I solved the problem last time via a Reboot.

Any ideas?!
