I've got a current model Mac Mini that I'd like to connect to a non-HD television via Component cable. I have an DVI-Mini Display Port adapter which was purchased from a third party as well as a DVI-Component adapter that came with it. Here are some photos:

Aside from a Component cable to connect to the TV, anything else I might need for this to work successfully?

    Thanks!

How to attach an image to your MR post.

I forgot, that the Mini DisplayPort is transmitting only a digital signal and Component is analog.
The DVI adapter you use is not converting from digital to analog, as DVI can also transmit analog signals and the adapter you use may "look" for the analog part, but it is not there. You may need a converter like this and a MDP to VGA adapter from MonoPrice.
