Connecting OS on Virtual Machine to net

How can i connect to internet on Windows XP using Parallels? How can make a network adapter for the virtual machine?
Please help. Appreciate it.
 
What version of Parallels, there should be an icon for settings or configure on the taskbar. Then go to hardware and select network and use drop down to and try selecting different ones till it works. I am running Parallels 6
