    is this possible?

i have an airport express that i am using for my airtunes and wireless printing. however, there is no ethernet that is close by to plug in. i still want to do all three...so would it be possible to connect to both at the same time. since i have another wireless network already going?

No, you cannot. However, what you should do is put your airport express into 'client' mode so then it connects to your existing wireless network. Then everything is on one wireless network and you can have access to everything at once.
