Connecting to VM ware fusion virtual machine

Hi all

First post here, recently bought my first MBP and I'm still learning how to use it. I set up Bootcamp correctly. My Windows 7 Ultimate runs smooth on it.

I have also configured VM ware fusion to import the bootcamp partition and use it.

I've found a guide on how to access files from my windows drive.

I know this is for XP but it should be transferable.
Only problem I am experiencing is connecting to my virtual machine.
I'm not really sure what pw and username to enter. Anyone can help me out here ?

Alternative ways to reach my goal are also appreciated.
