Connecting to Webmail

I'm trying to connect my iPhone (3G) to my webmail account.

My email is through the University of Lethbridge, and it is not a microsoft exchange account.

I had it working on my old phone (thanks to a friend!) but it was stolen a few weeks ago.

Does anyone know what I need to put in the incoming server and outgoing server sections?
