Consistant Safari issues (crash log)

Each and every time i use the apple website while using Safari it crashes;
(crash log at end).
I was browsing the support section for downloads, firmware and updates for my apple stuff and checking into apple retail stores in various locations and always gives me the same crash log and crash on the same page.


my set up is:
MacPro 2.66ghz 3gb ram, 500gb drive, x1900xt
apple cinema display w/ keyboard in USB port
10.4.10
Safari 2

no hacks or anything,

i type in SMC Firmware 1.1 into support click the link, Safari crashes,
or going to apple.com/retail selecting the Complete store list and clicking on Lehigh valley mall location crashes

Interesting. You could try getting a nightly build (nightly.webkit.org) and seeing if it's a bug that's been fixed post-safari-3. If it still occurs, I would recommend filing a bug report (bugs.webkit.org). It's a bit of a hassle, but by far the best way to make sure it gets fixed.

the funny thing is i tried it on a macbookpro 2.2ghz 2gb of ram, geforce8600gt
with 10.4.10 & Safari 2 and does the same thing, so i guess its a safari conflict ith something, ill keep a list of the crash logs.

doesnt appear to happen in firefox at all so, i suppose that isolates it, i just wasnt sure if i really needed to do the 10.4.11 update w/ Safari 3 as some the sites i access dont work/respond well to safari 3 at the moment, and i guess apple doesnt like safari2! lol!
