Console going nuts

Hey guys, something funny started to happen quite often lately with the console. It started to display messages that make no sense. I figured out that most of the time, two messages (or twice the same) are actually overlapping each other. Here's a quick example (running OS X 10.10.5):

5/3/16 12:47:04.000 AM kernel[0]: SandboxSan: dbox: SpotlightNSpotlightNetHelp(etHelp319() 319) deny file-read-data /Users/denySean/Library/Preferences/.G filelobalPreferen-read-dataces.plist

Any idea how it happened or how to fix it?
