iOS Console in device ??

Hi

How to see the console (NSLog entries) when app runnign in device??..

The Window>Organizer>Console is not showing those stuffs?

At this moment i am asking one more question...

What about NSAssert an its parameters.. i went thru documents, still i am not clear..
