pbs[330] CFLog (0):
CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse failed; the data is not proper UTF-8. The file name for this data could be:
/System/Library/Frameworks/Foundation.framework/Resources/Languages/en
The parser will retry as in 10.2, but the problem should be corrected in the plist.

Any Idea how to fix this?
 
console.log gets "interesting" error messages all the time that are more warnings that actual errors. Unless you're experiencing wonky clipboard or drag and drop performance (which is what the pbs process handles), I wouldn't worry about it. The better question is why you're still running 10.4.5?
