I have 3 iTunes accounts due to forgetting that I had an account/what it was and accidentally making purchases with them on different computers without realizing how locked in I was going to be and how annoying the mess got. The fact is that you CANNOT just call Apple and have iTunes accounts merged.

I've read online that you can, by authorizing another computer with w/your iTunes username / pass on another computer, re-download all of the apps purchased with that account on the new computer. Does that mean I could do that 3 times with my different iTunes accounts and then sync my iPhone and/or iPad and have all the Apps from my 3 accounts installed together?

Are there any other (better) ways to do this?

Of course, I am not asking anyone to post anything that's against this site's EULA. I'm sure there are many others with legitimately purchased Apps. who have found themselves on this position!

Post or private email would be a big help :D

I would say not. The account authorisation is a multi-stage thing. The app/song/video can only be DOWNLOADED on a PC/device that is linked to your account, but similarly, it can only be transferred to/played on/loaded on a device linked to your account. I had a problem whereby my ipod was linked, but the computer didn't aknowledge it, and it refused to transfer any of my apps across.

I understand that from the perspective of the music b/c of the industry pressure and the threat of propagating non-DRM-ed music from the store across platforms illicitly, but I think it's BS that my App. Store purchases don't come with a license key that allows me to install them on any single compatible Apple device of my choosing.
