This might be a common setting thing but I've never experienced it before.
It seems as if every time I go to do anything to my iPhone (i.e: uploading/deleting podcasts on to/off my device, uploading videos) it goes through this routine of "Copying" 65 items on my iPhone. For an example, I finished watching an episode of Mad Men and I wanted to delete it to save space. When I went to delete it off of my iPhone, iTunes started this big process and it had "Updating Files on "iPhone" - Copying Files 0 of 65: Name of Song" and it does this every time I do anything, each time.
Oh, and do any of you have problems with album art disappearing? I had like 20 albums uploaded with album art and after a few syncs later, the art was gone. However, the albums and art all remain intact in my actual library - so I don't understand the issue there either.
