Whenever my S3 watch is out of Bluetooth range of my phone, I get spammed with notifications that it could not set up cellular every 10 minutes.

I had a cellular plan on it originally and canceled it after the free 90 days.

Out of frustration (this has been going on for months), I unpaired and re-paired it from scratch today. It has immediately resumed doing the same thing again.

It’s running 5.0.1, paired to an iPhone XS.

Has anyone ever seen this before? It’s driving me insane.

When you go to,the cellular section does it show that you have a cell plan? If yes can you remove it?

may need to call the carrier and make sure all provisioning on your account is removed for the watch. you may have to do a full reset from scratch to get it to work. either the watch or the carrier still has something set up thinking its supposed to be in a cellular network. they may need to manually remove the watches IMEI from their database or upon resetting the watch, will delete any remaining carrier provisioning files from it.
