Constant Fan Speed

How can i make my MacBook fan speed 3000rpm minimum? I need to do this so it doesnt get so hot when i boot it into Vista!

Download smcfancontrol set the fan level while in OS X reboot into windows ( not shut down )
and the fans will remain at the rpm you set them to.This is the only app that im aware of that
can do this

Use smcfancontrol, set the RPM. Then restart into Vista, the settings will stay.
